Rosa’s is a family STORY

Our Story

It all begins with a dream.  Rosa’s is a family owned and operated business that has been born through various family traditions and recipes.  When Rosa was a young girl, she came to America with her mother and two brothers from Cetara, Italy.  Her father, Pasquale, had been living here for some time and opened a small store on Blandina Street called Pasquale’s.  Owning a business was in her blood.  In 2000, Rosa and her husband Joe decided it was time to make their dream a reality.  On June 4, 2000 Rosa’s Trattoria: Italian Bakery~Deli was born.

There is no better place for a nice order of greens and meatballs. I highly recommend for anyone who is a conisuer of fine very authentic Italian cuisine.

Great place for sandwiches, meatball sub and chicken or steak and greens is amazing. Also great for catering options, large amounts of good Italian cooking.
